Works well. Accurate description.Amazon wants to know if this is moisturizing so the answer to that it no. In fact it is very drying. But that is what acetone usually does so no surprise there. Amazon also asked me if this item was a great value. I have to admit seeing the bottle in person was a little disappointing. But even though I was expecting a larger bottle, my answer would be yes, because it is very cheap compared to others.First of all, let me say this product DID work at removing my professionally completed dipped nails completed right before the coronavirus pandemic quarantine took effect. After 4 weeks, my nails looked like a disaster, and I could no longer "wait" until I was able to get my nails professionally done, since I had no idea when that would be. After reading the reviews of this item, and contacting my nail tech, who did say the product would work, I RELUCTANTLY purchased the product, because; 1) $9.99 for 8oz.....can you say price gauging?, and 2) I was currently "laid off" due to the pandemic, unemployed, and trying to get a hold of someone in Unemployment Compensation in our state is a joke.....so, needless to say, I was only purchasing items truly necessary. The product was received prior to the estimated delivery date, and was well packaged. I followed the same technique my nail tech uses when removing my dip nails.1. Place a paper towel in the bottom of a glass bowl, add enough acetone to completely cover your fingernails when you put your hands in the bowl. I would say about an 1" deep.2. Place the first bowl (above) in a slightly larger glass bowl that has hot water in it. The hot water will heat the acetone that is in the first bowl. Do not allow the hot water to run into the bowl with the acetone.3. Place one or both (depending on how big the bowl is) hand/s in the bowl with the acetone and soak you nails for approximately 10-20 minutes. While soaking, working them into the paper towel. This helps the process move a little bit faster. Powder that has "sparkle" in it will take a little bit longer than a flat powder. If you follow these guidelines, and you have dip nails, this product will work at removing them. I can't answer for gel polish, as I don't use that. Good luck. Hopefully, either this particular Amazon "vendor" reduces their price, or you are able to find it from another vendor. There is absolutely no reason 8oz of acetone should cost $9.99, when you can get the identical item at Walmart for $5.57.I hate nail polish remover without acetone.Although the product is fine do not buy from this seller. The lid was not tight and even though the product was wrapped and taped in plastic and packing tape, it still leaked. Almost a quarter of the bottle leaked into the box. This is a very flammable and strong product to be leaking. Poor packing and not sealed.Bottle was sealed in plastic, but when I removed the plastic, the bottle was leaking. It is perfect for gel nail polish removalWay to expensive it was no better then buying some for a dollar at wall art, I think the dollar one actually worked better. This bottle is so small. It is so expensive for the size. The delivery was very delayed as well. Took basically a month to receive. Looking back I should not have purchased. Waste of time. If you're looking for a travel size acetone with a jacked up price this is for you.It works! I used nail clipers and cotton pads really wet on acetone, live them for 15min, be sure that the cotton pad is on top of nail and no floating between the nail and the clip, and then easy to remove the gel nail polish with cuticle tools.Just what I neededVery good. Takes polish, gel, and acrylic off no problem.bottle was a bit smaller than expected but you dont need much to get the job done. I used it to remove gel polish and it works fast. 10 minutes and it's gone
